Who can work with Data-Med?
We support registered medical service providers, including specialists, solo and group practices, locums and allied health professionals.
Which types of claims do you handle?
Medical aid, PMB, IOD, COIDA, RMA, FEM, SAPS-related and RAF claims, alongside out-of-scheme billing and private patient accounts.
How are your fees structured?
Fees are tailored to your practice’s requirements. Billing is aligned to funds received; any fixed components and service terms are discussed during onboarding.
Will I still have visibility over my accounts?
Yes. Regular statements and reconciliation help you understand claims, payments and outstanding accounts. Reporting is generally monthly, with additional support when needed.
How do we get started?

How do you handle confidential information?
Patient and practice information is handled with care and confidentiality. We can discuss the relevant data-handling arrangements during onboarding. Please do not send patient information through this website.
